Young Johnny’s history is very similar to Angela’s only he mucked up at school instead of home.
Despite sticking strictly to his program and seeing all his allergy and Candida symptoms disappear and despite being able to do his homework easily and willingly he just couldn’t settle down in class.
At first his parents, teacher and I thought it was an attention-seeking device as he still felt a bit neglected and inferior after years of being behind the other kids. We agreed that more individual tuition from his teacher would rectify this, yet to our shock and amazement it made him worse. The more attention she paid him the more hyperactive he seemed to become. Pencil throwing, hair pulling, teasing, incessant talking, fidgeting and backchat to the teacher increased. He just couldn’t concentrate, lost interest very easily and just didn’t seem to care.
On talking to him it was obvious he was interested in doing well at school and was genuinely sorry about upsetting his parents and teacher with his behaviour.
We eventually tracked the problem down to his teacher’s perfume. Each time she bent over to help him with his work he got a potent whiff of it which sent him off. Naturally the more attention she gave him the worse his behaviour became.
Removal of the perfume completely removed the problem. Johnny settled down and became a model pupil. No more disruption to the class and no more backchat to the teacher. Not only that, his schoolwork and exam results improved dramatically.
After five months of his teacher not wearing the perfume and with Johnny sticking to the combined Anti-Candida/Anti-Allergy Program, everyone’s happy. Johnny’s doing well at school and can handle limited exposure to the perfume his teacher is now able to wear two to three days a week. We have not experimented to see if Johnny can cope with any greater exposure for fear of resensitising him again.
Johnny suffered from acute allergic reactions to chemicals. It’s hard to say whether he would have remained acute reactors for the rest of his live or if he would have drifted into phase 2 of allergy addiction if he has not been treated at a young age.
