For this condition, an enlarged prostate, wheat germ oil has proved most effective, with even better results being achieved when it is taken together with Sabal serrulata, which is obtained from a palm that grows in Florida. Experience has shown that this plant remedy causes the enlargement to recede. If wheat germ oil is taken at the same time, its stimulating effect will give the success which Sabal alone could not produce. There are, of course, other good remedies for this complaint, and physical therapies are often necessary for a complete cure, but in the initial stages Sabal or Prostasan together with wheat germ oil capsules will suffice.
